Langley Arboriculture Ltd offer a consultancy service which includes:
Landowners have a “duty of care” to ensure that their trees are as safe as is reasonably possible. Regular professional inspection of trees not only helps the tree owner to maintain their tree stock in a healthy and safe condition, but also proves that they have taken reasonable steps to prevent tree related accidents from occurring.
Langley Arboriculture Ltd can help to provide the right level of inspection required for your trees and produce a professional written report in a timely and cost efficient manner.
At Langley Arboriculture Ltd, we understand our client’s concerns and sometimes emotional attachment. We endeavour to provide a sensible, realistic approach to the management of their tree(s) that meets with our client’s needs.
Where trees are located on or adjacent to a proposed development site, a tree survey to British Standard BS 5837 – 2012 will be required as an essential part of the planning process.
The survey will include an arboricutural impact statement which explains in detail all of the constraints for developing around the trees and the implications posed to the trees by the development.
The method statement will explain how the trees and the development will integrate together and the necessary procedures to achieve this harmony.
A Tree Preservation Order is an order made by a local planning authority in England to protect specific trees, groups of trees or woodlands in the interests of amenity. Click here for more about Tree Preservation Orders…
